Cancel Order

You may request to cancel your order under certain conditions.

Order cancellation requests must be submitted before your order is shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service with your order number via email.

If your cancellation request is approved, your payment will be refunded according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please note that orders for custom‑made or digital products cannot be cancelled once production or delivery has started.
