1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days after you receive your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included. Custom‑made, personalized, and digital products are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service by email and provide your order number, product name, and reason for return. Our team will reply with return instructions and return address.

3. Return Shipping Cost

If the return is caused by our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged on arrival), we will cover the return shipping fee. For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 3‑10 business days depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you.

6. Non‑returnable Items

Digital goods, custom‑made products, and items that have been used or altered cannot be returned or refunded.
